Billy A.Watson attended Appalachian State University in Boone NC, graduating with a Business major and a minor in Physics and Mathematics. His education contributes greatly to his abilities as a builder and leader, although it was his appreciation for the environment and the beauty of the high country that motivated him to become involved in building fine quality homes.

Bill, or Waldo as he is known locally, has been involved in the building and construction of fine quality affordable homes and condominiums in the Beech Mountain/Banner Elk area for more than 30 years. Bills experience in building homes in high wind zones above 4000 ft elevation that are structurally resistant to high winds and water penetration due to those high winds contribute to his reputation as a builder.
